    (1) Are you  a person who bottles up emotions? Or do you wear your heart on your sleeve?

Being honest, I find these questions a bit controversial. To tell you the reason, it strikes me that human nature is changeable, full of contradictions. What I mean to say is that staying still the same person, you may think and act differently.  One day you’re ecstatic, inspired, enthusiastic, to put it another  way, you’re as happy as the day is long and you can’t keep these emotions to yourself and  you simply wear your heart on your sleeve; but the other day is gloomy, you’re like a bear with a sore head:  in a black mood, fed-up, all things seem to get you down and even the trivial ones make you lose your temper. In the second case, you may either feel a strong need to pour all your desperation out to your crony, or your inner voice, your heart, I mean, in combination with own instinct will tell you to be guarded and not to give away your feelings.  Isn’t it typical of all us?
From my own part, regardless of state of things around you, listen to your heart. If you want to share something, just do not hesitate, do not bottle your emotions up, set them free! There’s no denying, that disclosing your innermost thoughts won’t always change the situation for the better, but, anyway, it’s not a secret to anybody, that pent-up emotions may provoke mental disorders. If you’re interested effects of suppressing your feelings, you may find this information on these sites:
All in all, everything wrote above doesn’t mean that you have to be an open book willing to be read by just anyone, the thing is, don’t block all emotions from the outside world. Who knows, maybe, with people not afraid of their emotions life would be a better, brighter place to live in? In my everyday life I act according to this quote: “Keeping your feelings bottled up is a recipe for disaster. If depression strikes you, find someone you can express your feelings too.
