Dear Sir or Madam,
    Two days ago I ordered a pizza from your company to celebrate my birthday with friends, and now I am writing to complain in the strongest terms about a number of issues relating to that experience.
    First of all, on your website the service is explained as  being ‘top notch’, including the ‘highest quality of food and the shortest time of delivery’, whereas in the fact, I had to wait more than 1 hour. On top of that, no apology for this was made and the delivery man was generally brusque and unhelpful.
    My second complain concerns the quality of your pizza itself. Hitherto, I have ordered pizza several times and I was satisfied with it, notwithstanding its price. When I finally did receive my order I was appalled to discover that it was of a very poor standard: cold and stale. To make matters worse, not all ingredients were included.
    In conclusion, I am sure that you will appreciate that all of this spoilt what should have been a memorable occasion and so I would like to request a refund.
